汇同会议系统系统（下称本服务系统）的网络服务的所有权和运作权归上海意桐光电科技有限公司所有。提供的服务将完全按照其发布的章程、服务条款和操作规则严格执行。用户必须完全同意所有服务条款并完成注册程序，才能成为本服务系统的正式用户。
1.1 本服务系统不断创新以向其用户提供最优体验。用户认知并同意本服务系统提供的服务的形式和本质可不经事先通知用户而不时变换。
1.2 用户认知并同意，尽管本服务系统可能目前没有设置用户可通过服务发送或接收的传输数量或用于提供任何服务的存储空间的上限，但本服务系统可自行决定在任何时候设置上限。
2.1 本服务系统定义的服务内容包括：文字、软件、声音、图片、录像、图表、广告中的全部内容；电子邮件的全部内容；本服务系统为用户提供的其他信息。
2.2 所有这些内容受版权、商标、标签和其它财产所有权法律的保护。所以，用户只能在本服务系统和广告商授权下才能使用这些内容，而不能擅自复制、再造这些内容、或创造与内容有关的派生产品。本服务系统所有的文章版权归原文作者和本服务系统共同所有，任何人需要转载本服务系统的文章，必须征得原文作者或本服务系统授权。
3.1 要成为系统服务，用户必须：(1)自行配备上网的所需设备；(2)自行负担有关的费用。
3.2 为获得某些服务，用户可能会被要求提供自身信息（如身份或联系资料）作为服务的登记程序的一部分，或作为用户持续使用服务的一部分。用户同意用户给予本服务系统的任何登记信息均是准确、正确和最新的。
3.3 本服务系统不公开用户的电子邮箱和真实姓名， 除以下情况外：
(1) 用户授权透露这些信息。
(2) 相应的法律及程序要求提供用户的个人资料。
如果用户提供的资料包含有不正确的信息，本服务系统保留结束用户使用网络服务资格的权利。
3.4 用户同意仅为(a)本条款及(b)任何适用法律、法规或有关辖区内公认的惯例或准则（包括关于数据或软件向或从中国或其他相关国家出口的任何法律）所允许的目的使用服务。
3.5 用户同意不从事妨碍或者破坏服务（或与服务连接的服务器及网络）的任何活动。
3.6 除非用户在与本服务系统的单独协议中获得特别允许，否则用户同意不为任何目的再制作、复制、拷贝、出售、交易或转售服务。
3.7 用户同意独自就违反在本条款项下的义务以及任何该等违反的后果（包括本服务系统遭受的任何损失或损害）承担责任（本服务系统不对用户或任何第三方承担责任）。
4.1 尊重用户个人隐私是本服务系统的一项基本政策。所以，作为对以上个人注册资料分析的补充，请在查阅本服务系统的隐私政策。该政策解释了本服务系统如何处理用户的个人信息，并在用户使用服务时保护用户的隐私。
4.2 用户同意按照本服务系统的隐私政策使用的数据。
5.1 用户一旦注册成功，成为本服务系统的合法用户，将得到一个用户名和密码。
5.2 用户将对用户名和密码安全负全部责任。另外，每个用户都要对以其帐号进行的所有活动和事件负全责。用户可随时根据指示改变用户的密码。
5.3 用户若发现任何非法使用用户帐号或存在安全漏洞的情况，请立即通告本服务系统。
用户对网络服务的使用承担风险。本服务系统对此不作任何类型的担保，不论是明确的或隐含的。本服务系统不担保服务一定能满足用户的要求，也不担保服务不会受中断，对服务的及时性，安全性，出错发生都不作担保。本服务系统对用户得到的任何信息、商品购物服务或交易进程，不作担保。
本服务系统对任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊及继起的损害不负责任，这些损害可能来自：不正当使用网络服务，根据网上信息进行交易而造成损失，非法使用网络服务或发布虚假信息。这些行为都有可能会导致本服务系统的形象受损，所以本服务系统事先提出这种损害的可能性。
本服务系统不对用户所发布信息的删除或储存失败负责。本服务系统有判定用户的行为是否符合本服务系统服务条款的要求和精神的保留权利，如果用户违背了服务条款的规定，本服务系统有中断对其提供网络服务的权利。
9.1 用户单独承担发布内容的责任。用户对服务的使用是根据所有适用于本服务系统的国家法律、地方法律和国际法律标准的。用户必须遵循：
(1) 从中国境内向外传输技术性资料时必须符合中国有关法规。
(2) 使用网络服务不作非法用途。
(3) 不干扰或混乱网络服务。
(4) 遵守所有使用网络服务的网络协议、规定、程序和惯例。
9.2 用户须承诺不传输任何非法的、骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、伤害性的、庸俗的，淫秽等信息资料。另外，用户也不能传输任何教唆他人构成犯罪行为的资料；不能传输助长国内不利条件和涉及国家安全的资料；不能传输任何不符合当地法规、国家法律和国际法律的资料。未经许可而非法进入其它电脑系统是禁止的。若用户的行为不符合以上提到的服务条款，本服务系统将作出独立判断立即取消用户服务帐号。用户需对自己在网上的行为承担法律责任。用户若在本服务系统上散布和传播反动、色情或其他违反国家法律的信息，本服务系统的系统记录有可能作为用户违反法律的证据。
用户同意保障和维护本服务系统全体成员的利益，负责支付由用户使用超出服务范围引起的律师费用，违反服务条款的损害补偿费用等。
11.1 用户或本服务系统可随时根据实际情况中断一项或多项网络服务。本服务系统不需对任何个人或第三方负责而随时中断服务。用户对后来的条款修改有异议，或对本服务系统的服务不满，可以行使如下权利：
(1) 停止使用本服务系统的网络服务。
(2 )通告本服务系统停止对该用户的服务。
11.2 结束用户服务后，用户使用网络服务的权利马上中止。从那时起，用户没有权利，本服务系统也没有义务传送任何未处理的信息或未完成的服务给用户或第三方。
所有发给用户的通告都可通过重要页面的公告或电子邮件或常规的信件传送。服务条款的修改、服务变更、或其它重要事件的通告都会以此形式进行。
用户可以在本服务系统上发布产品销售、求购及合作信息，对于这些信息的真实性本服务系统不承担任何责任。
本服务系统有权在必要时修改服务条款，服务条款一旦发生变动，将会在重要页面上提示修改内容或以通告方式告知用户。如果不同意所改动的内容，用户可以主动取消获得的网络服务。如果用户继续享用网络服务，则视为接受服务条款的变动。
网络服务条款要与中华人民共和国的法律解释相一致，用户和本服务系统一致同意服从高等法院所有管辖。如发生本服务系统服务条款与中华人民共和国法律相抵触时，则这些条款将完全按法律规定重新解释，而其它条款则依旧保持对用户产生法律效力和影响。
Huitong System is the sole owner of the information collected on femto14.htcis.net and affiliated sites. Huitong collects information at several different points on the Web site.
Periodically, a user may be required to complete a form to register for Huitong events. The form requires a user to provide his/her contact information. This information is used to contact the user about the event for which the user has registered or related events, services and products. The attendee lists for meetings are made available to attendees for networking purposes.
Additionally, authors and reviewers may provide personal information in the process of submitting a manuscript or review, or when establishing reviewer expertise profiles. Huitong does not distribute personally identifiable information except as is consistent with the scholarly publishing peer-review process (e.g., for the purpose of introducing your submission to an editorial review board).
While placing an order or making a contribution, a user is asked to provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing and receipting purposes and to fill a customer's order. If there is a problem processing an order or contribution, the information may be used to contact the user.
Information is collected through cookies, log files, link tracking, and/or third party service providers. Some of the collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.
Huitong may use cookies to record session information such as items that visitors add to their shopping cart.
Huitong does not sell or share email addresses with other organizations without the express permission of the user. Huitong does not sell contact information from its database to non-corporate members.
Contact information for Huitong members is automatically included in the directory of members, which is available to all members, unless an Huitong member has opted out.
Web site log files are used to store information such as: internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movements within the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. The log files are used by utility tracking software to analyze user movement.
Database download logs track which articles have been downloaded by which IP address (for institutional subscriptions) or individual (for individual subscriptions). If downloads exceed a standard level, the individual or institution will receive a warning and service may be disconnected. This action is taken to ensure that the systems remain available to all subscribers. Individuals have access to a report that details the articles they have downloaded. Institutions have access to a report that details the articles downloaded by IP addresses at their institution.
Link tracking is used within HTML-based emails to track which links have been clicked by the recipients. This tracking provides a means to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Though every effort is made to preserve user privacy, it may be necessary to disclose personal information when required by law, such as in compliance with a court order or other legal or governmental process.
Huitong may use a user's information to provide the user with information on new products, services, or upcoming events. More and more information is provided by email, so users may not receive notices on these subjects if they opt-out. Users who wish not to receive email from Huitong, may use the “unsubscribe” link provided at the bottom of every email.
Huitong may also use user's contact information to reach the user through phone, mail or fax. Users who wish to be removed from all contact by these methods may contact Huitong’s Customer Service department by visiting Huitong’s Help Center, submitting a Help Ticket, by e-mailing us at meeting@oeshow.net.
This Web site takes every precaution to protect user information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
SSL encryption software is used on forms requesting financial information. Full credit card numbers are not stored in our databases.
User information is restricted within the Huitong offices. Employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Servers that store personally identifiable information are in a locked facility.
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires the services provided, contact OSA’s Customer Service department by visiting Huitong’s Help Center, submitting a Help Ticket, by e-mailing us at meeting@oeshow.net.
Huitong may modify, add or remove portions of the Privacy Policy at any time. Customer information may be used for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in the privacy notice. Information practice changes will be posted on this Web site.
